This Privacy Policy explains how Nestly AI collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes information when you use the Nestly AI mobile application and related AI interior design, room visualization, and style generation features (the "Service"). We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate and improve the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, and from third parties involved in billing, advertising, analytics, notifications, and feature delivery.

Because Nestly AI is an AI interior design app, the content you submit to generate designs, including room photos, style selections, prompts, and related instructions, is collected and processed so we can generate designs, return results, and maintain your library.

Information You Should Not Submit

Unless a feature clearly requires it, please do not submit payment card numbers, government identification numbers, private credentials, or highly sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else through prompts, titles, descriptions, photos, or other content fields.

Please do not photograph, upload, or process rooms, spaces, or property that you do not have the right to photograph or share, or images that contain other people without their consent.

If you choose to include personal or sensitive information in submitted content, that information may be processed, stored, logged, and shared with service providers involved in fulfilling your request.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and maintain your anonymous session, process room photos and related requests, generate interior designs, store your library, enforce usage limits, verify subscriptions, provide ad-supported access, localize the experience, diagnose failures, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and respond to account, billing, or support issues.

Service Providers and Sharing

Nestly AI relies on third-party service providers for cloud hosting, media storage, AI image generation, subscription and payment handling, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, security, and advertising.

To provide AI design features, room photos, style selections, prompts, and related request data may be processed by providers involved in generating or delivering designs and related outputs. Uploaded photos are stored in private storage buckets and are accessed via short-lived presigned URLs; the mobile app does not hold long-lived storage credentials.

If you use ad-supported features, including rewarded ads, ads may be served by third-party services such as Google AdMob. These services may collect or receive limited device and usage data, such as device type, app interactions, and ad performance data, under their own privacy practices.

We share only the information reasonably needed for the relevant feature. Some third parties may process data under their own privacy policies when acting independently.

Usage Data, Analytics, Notifications, and Ads

We may use analytics and diagnostic information to understand how the Service is used, measure performance and reliability, improve features, and investigate problems.

If you enable notifications, we may store the information needed to send service, account, or task updates in your preferred language.

Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions, including auto-renewable subscriptions, are handled through the billing platform shown at purchase, such as the App Store or Google Play. We do not store your full payment card number.

We may receive and retain limited subscription and transaction records, such as subscription status, product identifier, and purchase verification data, to unlock features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Local Device Storage

The mobile app may store certain information locally on your device, such as anonymous session state, language preference, cached designs, and app settings. Removing the app or clearing app storage may delete local data, but it does not automatically remove server-side records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the Service and the information we hold. For uploaded photos, this includes using private storage buckets and short-lived presigned URLs rather than long-lived public access. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Retention and Deletion

Account or session data, uploaded photos, style selections, generated designs, and related content are generally kept while your account is active. Logs and diagnostics are retained as needed to maintain reliability and prevent abuse. Subscription and transaction records may be retained longer for billing, audits, or legal obligations.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data directly within the app. When you delete your account, we begin removing or anonymizing core account data, uploaded photos, generated designs, projects, and associated content from our active systems. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, audit, or backup purposes.

Legal Requests and Protection

We may preserve, use, or disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce our Terms, investigate fraud, protect the Service, respond to claims, or comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request.

International Data Transfers

Because the Service relies on third-party providers in multiple countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect information in transit.

Your Choices and Policy Changes

You can manage certain information and permissions through the app or your device settings, including requesting account deletion, changing preferences, and controlling notifications.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where available.
